The event registration and abstract submission deadline has been extended to Friday, October 6, 2017.

Travel

All attendees are responsible for making travel arrangements on their own. For your convenience, you may book air or ground travel through World Wide Travel Associates (WWTA) via phone, email, or online: You must provide a credit card for payment to finalize your travel. An e-ticket confirmation will be emailed to you once your itinerary has been confirmed.

Food

Participants are responsible for obtaining all meals and refreshments during the meeting. There are multiple food options available in Building 35 (adjacent to the meeting rooms), including a snack bar, limited-service Starbucks, and a cafeteria that offers hot and cold food items.
