1.How do I register for the OnboardingU program?

To register for OnboardingU, select the "Register Here" option at the top of the page. Enter your professional email address, and then the amount of registrations, or seats, for the module you would like to purchase. Be sure to check the chart to make sure that you are being charged the correct amount for your organization's Professional Partner status. After you have entered your information and completed payment, your registration will be complete and the primary registrant i.e. the professional email address provided, will receive an email with specific OnboardingU access instructions for your organization.
 
2. When registering, how do I enter my staff’s names and what do I do if I don’t have their names yet?
 
After completing the registration steps listed in Question 1, enter the name of each one of your staff member’s into the registrant fields (first name, last name, email). If you do not have names for the registrants then in the registrant first & last name boxes enter a generic first and last name information such as "User 1" or "Trainee #2" and leave the email field empty.

3. What does a registration or 'seat' in the Onboarding program include? 

Every registration will receive their own access (user name and password) to the OnboardingU library. They will be able to access the all modules in the library for one full year, including any new modules that will be added during those 12 months. 
 
4. How much does a registration or 'seat' cost and are discounts available?

Please refer to the table below for the price of each individual 'seat' or registration to the Transplant Onboarding Program. There are discounted registration prices for Professional Partners of the Alliance. If you are unsure of your organization's Professional Partnership status, please check our partnership list prior to registering. There are no group or bulk discounts available for the Transplant Onboarding Program registrations.

5. Can I use a module registration or 'seat' for more than one person? 

No, each registration or 'seat' to the OnboardingU program must be assigned to a single individual only for the 12 months. Registration in the OnboardingU program generates a personalized account which will bookmark a user's place, track their personal progress, as well as save user evaluation results for credits. 

6. Can I purchase one individual registration only?

Yes, to purchase one individual registration follow the steps listed in Question 1 and enter only your own information. Professional Partnership discounts apply to individuals from partnering organizations as well. Please make sure you are seeing the correct price and if you do not, contact The Alliance prior to registering.

7. As an administrator, can I track my employee's usage of the OnboardingU Program? 

Yes, employer and administrators will be able to receive reports on the employee’s participation in a module and assessment results.

8. Can I take the modules at my own pace or are they timed?

These brief and interactive modules can be completed at the user's own pace and are compatible with a computer, tablet, or smartphone. If interrupted, users can return later and pick up where they left off.

9. As an employee, how can I obtain CEPTC credits for the modules?
 
To obtain CEPTC credits, users will complete an evaluation upon completion of each module. Their certificate for .5 Category I CEPTC credits will then be emailed to the address provided. 

10. As an employee, how can I obtain Nursing contact hours for the modules?

More information and specific guidance on obtaining Nursing contact hours will be posted here once the modules are approved.
