Caroline Raasch Alquist, MD, PhD

Dr. Alquist joined the Section of Transfusion Medicine and Histocompatibility at Ochsner following completion of a Transfusion Medicine fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. She is board certified in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, as well as Transfusion Medicine/Blood Banking. Currently working alongside and training with Dr. Cooper at Ochsner’s Transfusion Service and Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics Lab, Dr. Alquist is excited to partner with Ochsner’s robust Transplant Service to grow and improve.
