Notes for the IAM-YP Schedule

• 11:45 AM - 12:30 PM - IAM-YP New Member Welcome
  • New to IAM-YP? Come meet some of the YP leadership and other new YPs.
  • Located in room 202 in the Convention Center
• 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM - IAM-YP Members Meeting
  • Located in room 202 in the Convention Center
  • Lunch will be served
• 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM - IAM-YP Welcome Reception
  • This year's IAM-YP Welcom Reception will be held at the Cove which is located outside the Convention Center. The Opening Reception will be located just a stone's throw away, up a quick flight of stairs at the Convention Center.

TEAM BUILDING 

Monday, October 9 from 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm.
For this year's teambuilding event YPs will be making super hero kits for sick and underprivileged children. Space is limited so don't delay and register now!
*Please note that there will be art supplies used during the event so you may want to bring a change of clothes.

This event is first come, first served. 

SOCIAL MIXER

Wednesday, October 11 from 9:30 pm – 2:00 am
The YP Social Mixer will be held at the Federal Bar on Wednesday, October 11 from 9:00 pm - 2:00 am. The mixer is open to all attendees however YPs will receive free entrance while non-YPs must purchase a ticket.
