During this webinar, we will learn the impact of, and how to utilize, motivational interviewing.
Members of the donation community serving diverse populations to include: family services coordinators; hospital development; nurses; multicultural outreach experts; quality improvement specialists; social workers; educators; and others involved in donation conversations.
