Fraudulent hotel reservation companies have solicited the IAM Annual Meeting and Expo meeting attendees and exhibitors in the past posing as the official housing company offering special discounted hotel rates. IAM does not contract with any third party housing companies. We allow our attendees and exhibitors to make their own hotel reservations directly with our selected conference hotel.

To offer the lowest group rate possible to our attendees, IAM has contracted directly with both the Hyatt Regency New Orleans (host hotel) and the Hyatt House New Orleans Downtown (connected to host hotel) – as an upgrade for those looking for a more spacious room that offer a residential suite to make you feel more at home.

The only way to reserve a room at the discounted group rate is to do so directly with the hotel utilizing the methods outlined below.

We urge you NOT to book hotel rooms through any other format or search engine(s) than listed below as IAM has not contracted with any third-party housing company to secure hotel rooms.

Discounted room rates are available until Sunday, September 18, 2016. After this date, discounted rates and/or rooms will be based on availability by both hotels.
