Please refer to NCTC’s Antitrust Compliance Policy found on www.nctconline.org; by attending this meeting you are agreeing to comply with these policies.

As a registered attendee, I agree not to allow any other individual to participate in my place. This acknowledgement includes inviting any non-registered guest(s) to participate (if applicable) in any conference related evening events.

NCTC plans to take photographs at the 2016 Winter Educational Conference and reproduce them in NCTC educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the NCTC website. By participating in the 2016 Winter Educational Conference, attendees allow their names and/or company names, likenesses and images either in audio, photographic or video format to be used for such purposes.
