No! The sessions at The Gathering of Games encompass a wide range of topics that range from employee education, employee engagement, communication, empowerment, succession planning, conducting staff meetings & more.
It is a common misconception that The Great Game of Business (GGOB) methodology just focuses on opening the books. The Great Game of Business is actually more like an operating system that supports open-book management. The sessions at The Gathering of Games are intended to build on basic GGOB methodology by providing innovative approaches, new techniques and refreshers to applying that methodology.
