  • Special Accommodations
Participants  in need of special accommodations to attend a continuing education event are encouraged to contact the Office of Continuing Education as far in advance as possible at 802-258-4359.

Only registered service animals are permitted to accompany conference participants.
  • Grievance Policy
If you have encountered any problems regarding your experience at a Brattleboro Retreat sponsored educational activity, please the Office of Continuing Education's Manager at 802-258-4359.

If your problem is not satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner, you may request and submit a Grievance Procedure Form and return it to the Office of Continuing Education as soon as possible. All such grievances be brought to  the Manager's supervisor and Continuing Education Steering Committee  for resolution.  If the grievance is not satisfactorily resolved at this level, it will go to the Vice President of Strategy and Development.  You will be informed of the status of complaint at all levels.
