CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]. A processing fee of 20% will be charged for cancellations received by Friday, August 29, 2014. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday, August 29, 2014. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. There is no charge for substitutions. Eligibility requirements for member rates will apply. Badge-sharing is not allowed.
