TO KEEP OUR COMMUNITY SAFE WE ARE INCREASING OUR SAFETY MEASURES*

Due to local mandates of safety and social distancing, we have made the decision to cancel all classes and events scheduled at the Kao Salon Academy Toronto through the end of August. Your continued support during our temporary closure these past months has been greatly appreciated.

As we prepare to reopen our Academies based on local government guidelines, we are adding several new measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members.

We continue to uphold our already high standards of cleanliness and have added additional enhanced measures in response to COVID-19.

  • Hand sanitizer throughout the Academy will be provided for everyone to use, as well as upgrading soap dispensers to touchless with the already available touchless faucets.
  • We will have members dedicated to sanitizing our stations, counters, restrooms and community areas regularly throughout the day.
  • Our Team will be following local government guidelines for the use and wear of personal protective equipment and we encourage guests to wear whatever protective accessories make them comfortable. We will have personal protective accessories available to all guests during their visit.
  • We will promote social distancing.
  • We strongly advise anyone displaying symptoms of illness to stay home and we will happily accommodate any necessary arrangements. We are dedicated to not only the well-being of our guests, but also the safety and protection of our team members. As always, we are requiring our team members to stay home if they are not feeling well.

We will continue to identify additional solutions toward creating a safe and comfortable environment within our Academies upon reopening in accordance with any government mandates.
