Abstracts

Welcome!

The 2018 USCA planning committee has issued the Call for Abstracts to solicit proposals from people working in the field of HIV/AIDS interested in convening a workshop or a poster presentation at USCA. When preparing submissions, please follow all guidelines outlined in this site and submit required materials on or before April 6, 2018, by 5:00 p.m. PST. The committee will notify everyone accepted as presenters well in advance of the conference dates and send them information concerning all applicable registration and presentation confirmation details.

2018 USCA Abstract submission application closes on April 6, 2018.

Abstract Submission Process:
There are three (3) steps to completing an abstract:
STEP 1: Primary Presenter
This is the person who will be the main contact for all information pertaining to this abstract and, if selected, the presentation. In addition to contact information, the Primary Presenter (author) must also provide a resume or CV to upload.

STEP 2: Co-Presenter/Author
In this section you may add co- authors and/or co-presenters of the Abstract. It is required to have an email address for each co-presenter listed. Please do not duplicate email addresses; in the event that one email address does not work, we will use the other presenter(s) email addresses to send status updates.

STEP 3: Session Information
This section requires all abstract specific information that will be reviewed by the Abstract Review Committee. Please be sure to spell check and edit your submission.
Presentation titles are limited to no more than 10 words. Workshop descriptions are limited to 150 words. If accepted, this description will be used to advertise your session throughout USCA publications and is subject to editing by NMAC. Poster presentations are required to submit a description.

Once you complete the steps be sure there are no asterisks (*) beside any of the 3 steps. This would indicate that there is information missing and you will not be able to fully submit your abstract.

You are able to review and edit your abstract submission until the April 6 deadline. Please ensure that you hit the submit button each time you return to make edits.

Please enter your EMail address and click on the SUBMIT button.
