Call for Speakers: Speaker Registration Portal
Thank you for your interest in speaking at a future Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) event. 
AAHOA hosts nearly 200 events per year, many of which have opportunities for education.  The audience is comprised of hotel owners from across the country.  Events which have an educational component include, but are not limited to, the following: 
  • AAHOA Annual Convention and Trade Show
  • 20 Regional Conferences
  • 100+ Town Halls
  • 1-Day or 2-Day Educational Workshops
  • Webinars
  • Special Interest Group Conferences (Women Hoteliers, Young Professional Hoteliers, and Independent Hoteliers)
AAHOA continues to grow and is recognized as a main industry resource for hoteliers.  This Call for Papers seeks to capture relevant information for potential speakers who want to be considered for each event.  Ideal speakers will have an expertise in the hospitality industry, more specifically, with aspects of hotel ownership and operations. 
Speakers will be selected based on the information entered in the proceeding pages.  Speakers may be engaged based on any of the following:
  • Years of experience in the field
  • Experience as a speaker
  • Title and ranking within your organization
  • Reviews or feedback from previous engagements
  • Location to speaking event
  • Published (books, e-books, periodicals, blogs, white papers, etc.)
  • Availability
  • Speaker fees required
In order to be considered for a speaking opportunity, please fill out the following information.  Be very detailed and deliberate with the information included and complete all fields requested. 
Please check our Event Calendar at for the exact event date.  All submissions to speak at a specific event must be completed at least 120 days in advance of the Annual Convention, or 90 days in advance of any other event.  Once you have completed and submitted your information, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
