General Instructions:
  1. Once you have entered your email, an account will be established and a registration number assigned. Please keep 
    a record of your registration number. You will need it to log back into your account to make any edits or additions.
  2. Complete required contact information, expertise survey, bio, consent to participate, sign/upload Conflict 
    form, and select presentation format. You will not be able to submit your proposal without this.
  3. Complete required fields for selected presentation format.
  4. Once a proposal is complete, you may opt to add additional proposals.
  5. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email.
  6. You will not be allowed to make any changes or additions to your proposal(s) after the submission deadline.
