Kimberly (Kim) Kalloo-Violante, LCSW, is a Supervising Training and Development Specialist for the County of San Bernardino. She has extensive knowledge in the field of children and families. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree focusing on Child Welfare from California State University, San Bernardino in 2008 and received her LCSW in 2016. She has worked in social services for over 20 years.
Kim is actively involved with organizations and committees that focus on issues relevant to Child Protective Services. She provides training on a myriad of subjects related to child protection and aging and adult programs. She is a 2016 Joan Carrera Scholarship recipient and NSDTA conference attendee.
As a team member of Performance, Education & Resource Centers (PERC), Kim specializes in training and supervising training staff who orchestrate curriculum development, instructional design, training needs assessments, and facilitation. Kim develops and delivers engaging trainings to inspire professional growth in new and existing social service staff.
