Elizabeth Neail, MA, is a Curriculum and Instructional Specialist at the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center, where she creates online, in-class, and hybrid modules for child welfare professionals across the state. Elizabeth is part of a team of instructional designers working to incorporate team-based learning into the Resource Center's trainings. Elizabeth has over 13 years of experience in the field of education and almost 10 years of experience in the field of human services. Prior to joining the Resource Center, she taught middle and high school English for three years and managed a five-county respite program for two years. Elizabeth has Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA and from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in Shippensburg, PA and holds a Master of Arts degree from the Pennsylvania State University in Harrisburg, PA. Elizabeth has conducted several training sessions for training professionals and curriculum designers in the field of human services, presented research at international and national humanities conferences, and taught undergraduate classes in media studies.
