Kelly Ingra is a Program Coordinator for the Institute for Families at The Rutgers School of Social Work. She is a member of the Grow NJ Kids Training Services operations team, which coordinates in-person and online training and professional development to educate and build the skillset of early childhood professionals in The State of New Jersey. Grow NJ Kids is New Jersey’s quality improvement system for early childhood education. Ms. Ingra coordinates and schedules online and in-person training by working with State and University partners, utilizing templates and systems to prepare course details, and providing technical assistance to training participants. In addition, she supports the development of processes and procedures that drive efficiency throughout the lifecycle of a training. Previously, Kelly worked within a non-profit organization where she was involved in various committees, provided community outreach, maintained a database system, prepared reports and statistics, arranged grant materials, and assisted in the organization of both large and small-scale events such as educational workshops, seminars and galas. At Rutgers University, Ms. Ingra uses her knowledge of coordinating events, organizational skills, and management of various tools and programs to administer effective training sessions.
