Nutan Rubinson is an Associate Program Manager at the Institute for Families at Rutgers School of Social Work. She leads Grow NJ Kids Training Services, a program that provides training and professional development services to help build the knowledge and skills required of early learning professionals. Mrs. Rubinson oversees the operational and quality assurance aspects of learning activities that support the continuous quality improvement requirements of the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) and the training requirements for programs who are part of Grow NJ Kids (GNJK), an initiative to raise the quality of early care and education. Previously, she performed needs analysis, developed curriculum, designed workshops, analyzed evaluation data, and delivered presentations across topics related to training and leadership for the New Jersey Child Support Institute (NJCSI). Mrs. Rubinson came to Rutgers University with extensive experience in adult learning concepts, curriculum design, facilitation, and management of training projects.
