Suzanne Anderson is a Certified Instructional Designer with Economic Services Administration (ESA) Community Services Division (CSD) Headquarters. This position is part of the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) in Washington State. As a DSHS Instructional Designer, she uses adult learning principles to develop lesson plans, student workbooks, assessments, handouts, trainer guides and all other necessary materials to be used by CSD classroom instructors located throughout the state. In this role, she also develops and implements online, eLearning course curricula and online instructional programs that are designed to address professional development needs of DSHS staff.
Ms. Anderson has 19 years with DSHS with the past 7 years in training and development. Her past positions include Instructional Trainer, Supervisor, Project Manager, and WorkFirst Case Manager. Ms. Anderson received her B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and Certified Master Trainer from Langevin Learning Services.
