Janet Crader is the Workforce Development Program Manager for Community Services Division (CSD). This position is part of the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Economic Services Administration (ESA) in Washington State. She has worked in Washington state government for over 27 years and 10 years in her current position. In addition to her current position, Ms. Crader has worked in the fields of Human Resources, Budget and Business Services. Time spent in her current position at CSD have included many diverse and fun activities including leading major process improvement projects, acting as the onboarding program manager and planning and developing training opportunities designed to address staff professional development needs. Ms. Crader is a certified trainer for 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, CSD’s Respect© New Employee Training and DSHS’s Excellence for Leadership Development. She also trains staff in a wide variety of other skill development trainings and is a member of the DSHS Leadership and Development Council.
