Linda C. Unger, Senior Instructional Designer, Stony Brook University
Linda Unger is the senior instructional designer and faculty trainer in the Center for Excellence in Learning & Teaching and the QM Coordinator at Stony Brook University. Using her 20 years of experience in online course design together with QM standards, she and her colleague Jenn Jaiswal support new online faculty from course concept, to development, to course implementation.

Jennifer Jaiswal, Instructional Designer and Technologist, Stony Brook University
Jennifer Jaiswal is currently a Instructional Designer and Technologist at Stony Brook University, which is part of the State University of New York (SUNY). She has been working in the field of instructional technology and design since 2005. She completed her Masters Degree in Instructional Technology and Media at Columbia University: Teachers College. Jennifer has a commitment to lifelong learning and facilitating better learning through design.
