The QM Rubric provides pathways to help faculty design assessments that can address up to three needs at once, including changing accreditors' standards. This session will highlight examples and creative faculty training to streamline assessment.
Evaluate your understanding of assessment in the context of shifts in current thinking about it.
Leverage QM design principles to develop effective assessments of program learning outcomes.
Take assessment examples back to campus to redesign assessment strategies and faculty training.

Dr. Barbara W. Altman, Associate Dean, Texas A&M University - Central Texas
Dr. Barb Altman is an Associate Professor of Management and Interim Associate Dean of the College of Business Administration. She has been teaching online for over 20 years and is a QM Research College and Peer Reviewer. She teaches courses in Leadership and Business Ethics. She oversees the College's Accreditation efforts. Her doctorate is in Organizational Behavior and Management Policy.
Dr. Andria F. Schwegler, Associate Professor, Texas A&M University - Central Texas
Andria F. Schwegler is an Associate Professor of Psychology in the Counseling and Psychology Department. She teaches a range of fully online courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels including statistics, research methods, and social psychology. She is the Graduate Coordinator for the Master of Science in Educational Psychology program.
