My name is Lisa Boskovic and I'm an Instructional Designer with FIU Online. I graduated from an online Master’s in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of Central Florida. Successfully completing a college program online gives me unique perspective in building courses for distance learners.

My name is Maikel Alendy and I am the Learning Design Innovation Manager at Florida International University (FIU). I manage a team of Instructional Designers that partner with faculty to create, develop, and maintain high-quality courses that are engaging, effective, and meet rigorous quality standards. I am also a professor with the honors college teaching fully-online and hybrid modalities.

I am Rossana Quintana, an Instructional Designer at FIU Online. I earned a B.S. Degree in Elementary Education and completed graduate coursework towards an M.S. in Early Childhood Education from FIU. I later earned my M.S. degree Educational Leadership from Concordia University Online. Prior to joining FIU Online, I was an elementary school teacher for Miami-Dade County Public Schools and working remotely for Florida Virtual School with the middle and high school programs. My experience as both an online student and educator gives me a distinctive viewpoint from which to partner with faculty to create high quality online and blended courses.
