Penny Ralston-Berg, Senior Instructional Designer, Penn State World Campus
Penny Ralston-Berg is a Senior Instructional Designer for the Penn State World Campus. She also serves as the Quality Matters Coordinator for Penn State. Her research interests include student perspectives of quality, instructional design practice, and the use of games and simulations in online instruction. She is the 2017 recipient of the QM Directors' Award for Exceptional Service and is currently the chair of the QM Instructional Designers Association.

As a learning professional, I design bridges that promote the acquisition of expertise to improve the performance of individuals and organizations. Vast international experience in the Americas creating customized solutions, including face-to-face training, self-instruction, blended learning and e-learning for business, education, government, and not-for-profit organizations.
I currently collaborate with QM as International Representative for the Latin American and Caribbean Region.
