Fernando A. Senior holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, with a specialty in Learning and Cognition, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; a master’s degree in Educational Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, New York; and a degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico.
Dr. Senior Canela has more than 35 years of experience in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of face-to-face and virtual learning solutions.
