Kim Vosicky, Learning Design Consultant, WIDS - Worldwide Instructional Design System
Kim Vosicky is a WIDS learning design consultant who has worked with K-12 national curriculum, government agencies, and both 2- and 4-year college clients for over 20 years. Kim is energized by those with a passion for student learning. She enjoys working closely with subject matter experts to develop engaging, interactive learning experiences that embed multiple resources and media for an optimal student learning experience.

Cynthia Delcourt, Teaching and Learning Specialist at Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville, WI. Cynthia has been with the college for 10 years supporting faculty around technology and instructional design. Her areas of concentration are instructional design, academic technology, Quality Matters Coordinator and Blackboard Administrator.

Lynn Neitzel is the Director of Teaching and Learning Resources and oversees the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning at Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville, WI. Lynn has worked at the college for six years with previous experience in K-12 teaching World Languages. Her areas of concentration in her work are instructional design, balanced assessment practices and quality teaching initiatives.
