Facilitating Multi-Campus Buy-In: Evangelizing QM in a Travelling Caravan Around the State
Are you part of a multi-campus initiative to implement Quality Assurance and Quality Matters or are you simply trying to navigate the silos of different schools/colleges on your campus? Our session will help you build a plan to overcome those silos.
Identify difficulties/obstacles faced implementing QA and QM at your institution.
Develop a "plan of attack" to begin to overcome those difficulties/obstacles.
Produce an institutionally specific audience analysis about whom to approach and how to do so.

Samantha Earley, Associate Director of Collaborative Academic Programs, Indiana University
Samantha Earley is the Associate Director of Collaborative Academic Programs for Indiana University. She helps faculty from all of the IU campuses come together to plan and implement quality collaborative online degree programs. She is also the QM System Co-Lead for IU, charged with planning and implementing quality assurance in online education at the university. She is a tenured Associate Professor in the English Department and is currently working on a BFA in Fine Arts -- Printmaking.
David Becker, QM Course Review Manager & Coordinator, Indiana University
David Becker holds a BA in English and Philosophy from Bellarmine University and an MA in English from Southeast Missouri State University. He is a QM Peer Reviewer, the QM Course Review Manager, and the System Co-Lead Coordinator for QM at Indiana University, charged with developing and implementing quality assurance for online education.
