What May Be Done to Encourage Faculty Buy-In to Professional Development?
Professional development is a necessary activity for faculty devoted to the learning of their students. In this session you will learn about different strategies on how to encourage faculty to improve what they do while delivering an online course.

I have been a teacher for around 20 years. Teaching at kinder-garden, elementary school, junior and high school gave the tools to do a commitment to improve the way I deliver instructions. I have also taught at college for more than 10 years. I entered the ID field in 2014. I graduated from Universidad de El Salvador in 2004 for my teacher's degree, and 2009 for my B.A. in English. I was awarded a Fulbright in 2014 to do my Masters in TESOL and LSDT. I currently work as an ID at CTE SIUC.
