Description
We applied QM concepts to instructor delivery conducted via a teaching excellence rubric. QM-inspired revisions included splitting rubric criteria into distinct parts, clarifying language, and applying the 85% principle.

I have been in higher education since 2010 starting as an adjunct instructor to becoming a former program chair of undergraduate, graduate, and doctorial programs, turned into a Teaching Excellence Coordinator. I have follow QM principals for multiple years, understanding the depth that it brings to classroom design and how to evaluate instructors and facilitators to help student achievement.
