This poster presentation will describe a quantitative study examining the impact of an instructor-learner communication strategy, deployed within a large (>100 students) graduate online course on cognitive, social and teaching presence.

Dr. Tracia M. Forman, Assistant Professor, The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley
Dr. Forman earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler. She serves as a faculty member in the Master of Science in Health Science Program at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Her decade of experience in higher education includes five years of online teaching. She has been a QM-Certified Peer Reviewer since 2015 and recently completed the Master Reviewer certification course.
