2019 - THE YEAR WE START CARING ABOUT WORKPLACE CULTURE?
It may have started as something only "hip" companies in Silicon Valley worried about back in the early 2000's, but today workplace culture is a vital aspect of business strategies across industries worldwide. For the insurance industry there's been an increased focus on flexible work arrangements and workplace structure, but many companies have yet to fully embrace culture's importance to business success.
In this session we will share results from a recent survey of North American disability and life claims operations that demonstrates what their organizations have done to incorporate culture as a business strategy and how, if at all, it has impacted claims management. We'll then highlight best practices found from companies both within and outside our industry, and offer insights on developing a strategy that can improve engagement and productivity.
