Patrick Trentalange, LCSW-C, Ashley Treatment, Counselor
Patrick Trentalange is a Licensed Social Worker with 7 years of experience working with individuals impacted by Substance Use Disorders. Patrick has an educational background in Clinical Social Work with specializations in Behavioral Health and Employee Assistance Programs. Patrick received his B. A. from The University of Vermont in 2004 and his MSW from The University of Maryland in 2016. Patrick began working at Ashley Addiction Treatment in 2013 as Clinical Aid and has worked in various departments including the Intake Department and The Pain Recovery Program. Patrick is currently the counselor for the Emerging Adult Men’s Extended Care Program. Patrick also works in Ashley's Family Wellness Program as well as part time in private practice. Patrick recently co-founded a non-profit, The Endorphin Project, that helps individuals seeking mental health treatment access physical wellness activities. Patrick is an avid marathon runner and triathlete. Patrick believes strongly in the mind-body connection as part of a holistic approach to recovery. Patrick has transformed Ashley’s Extended Care treatment plan so that it conforms to SAMHSA’s eight domains of wellness model.
