Breanna Cannetti, LCSW, LCADC, Prevention Links, Transition Coordinator
Breanna Cannetti is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). She has utilized her personal experience, education and professional practice to aid her interventions and supportive services for individuals and families impacted by substance use. She is currently the Transition Coordinator at the Raymond J. Lesniak Experience Strength and Hope Recovery High School – New Jersey’s first public recovery high school. Prior to this position, she was the primary adolescent clinician for an intensive outpatient level of care treatment facility in Union County, New Jersey. She is in advanced level training for Sand Play Therapy and is currently pursuing her Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Clinical Supervisor credentials. She utilizes her training and experience in spiritual healing, crisis intervention team training, cultural diversity enhanced while studying abroad in Romania and Costa Rica and CCAR recovery coach academy training in efforts to bring a unique level of experience to her person centered and strength based approach. Breanna utilizes various modalities, creativity and passion when working with individuals and families to uncover strengths, develop coping strategies and to foster feelings of hope and resilience within them.
