Nicholas Hayes, M.S., LMFTA (TX), LCDC (TX)
Nick currently works for the Cumberland Heights Foundation in capacity as Director of Clinical Research and Outcomes. In this position, Nick is tasked with the overall management of all clinical outcome measurement procedures system-wide. He is also responsible for the development of all research initiatives focused on exploring efficacious treatment protocol, predictive analytics, feedback informed treatment procedures, and collaborations with institutions of higher education. Additionally, Nick is currently enrolled as a doctoral student within the Couple, Marriage, and Family Therapy Graduate Program (MFT) at Texas Tech University (TTU). Nick has advanced training in quantitative methods, neuro-analysis, and systems theory. He has also been a student member of TTU’s Center for Collegiate Recovery Communities for over seven years. Previously, he worked at TTU as a Graduate Part-Time Instructor and Research Assistant to the Addiction Recovery Research Cluster within the Department of Community, Family, and Addiction Sciences. Nick holds dual licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist-Associate (LMFTA-TX) as well as a Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC-TX).
