Ms. Heather Fotion, LMFT, Certified Daring Way Facilitator Candidate, Northbound Treatment Services, CollegeBound Program Manager
Heather Fotion is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Certified Daring Way Facilitator Candidate. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in American Studies ( with a focus on Education and Family Dynamics) from the University of California at Berkeley and went on to pursue a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. Ms. Fotion has worked in the field of addiction recovery since 2012, and is passionate about assisting her young adult clients in developing a sense of purpose through pursuit of higher education. As a Certified Daring Way Facilitator Candidate, Ms. Fotion believes that shame resilience is a powerful tool that can be used to empower young adults to re-author their stories, and to show up authentically and courageously.
