Dr. Christian Pruett, Assistant Professor and Director of Instructional Development and Distance Learning, leads the Council for Innovation in Nursing Education, a team focused on the development of online education, as well as the integration of technology and education across all instructional delivery formats. He teaches graduate courses in educational technology, finance and leadership, and is driven to improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning trough best practices.

Ms. Anitra Blake, Instructor in Nursing and Instructional Designer, is responsible for collaborating with various constituent groups to design, develop, and implement strategies for effective technology use and application. She provides guidance to leadership on the integration of technology and education, and designs and delivers online, face-to-face and hybrid professional development and training sessions to faculty and staff on utilizing technology in teaching and learning.
