Keitha-Gail Martin-Kerr, Associate Dean of Faculty and Staff Development, Saint Paul College
Dr. Martin-Kerr is the Associate Dean of Faculty and Staff Development. Dr. Martin-Kerr started at Saint Paul College in June 2018 after being a Lecturer in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Minnesota for seven years, where she taught pre- and in-service teachers. She earned her Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Literacy Education from the University of Minnesota.
James Smrikarov, Instructional Designer, Saint Paul College
James is an Instructional Designer at Saint Paul College where he helps faculty with course design, learning activities and assessments, and technological innovation. He is also a Quality Matters coordinator, working to increase awareness and adoption of QM standards through training and certification. Before coming to Saint Paul College he worked as an EFL teacher in 5 countries and Washington, DC.
