Is your organization ready for a capital campaign or endowment campaign? How do you know your organization has what it needs to be successful in these kinds of intense initiatives? This session will share insights on the value of completing a feasibility study before you take the leap. Scott Kratz, Vice President with the nonprofit Building Bridges Across the River will discuss the value of the feasibility study conducted for the 11 Street Bridge Park project.

By attending this session participants will learn: Understand why it is better to slow down in order to speed up by taking the time and the resources to do a feasibility study to determine the rate of success for a major fundraising campaign.
