When it comes to acquisition efforts, your first impression can make a lasting impression on the long-term relationship you have with new donors. In all of our years spent studying and practicing Relationship Fundraising, the team at Pursuant has found that investing in the donor experience can impact total lifetime value of a donor. From strategy, to understanding your donor's motivations, to the creative storytelling you use that inspires action, acquisition is the starting point of your relationship.

Along with a nonprofit partner, in this session, we will share insights and best practices across all legs of the acquisition stool. From our experience in the field as fundraisers and marketers, we will share acquisition wisdom as it pertains to your overall goals and strategy, how to better understand your data to drive donor loyalty through your acquisition efforts, and how to go about the creative process to inspire to truly connect to the emotional palette of new donors.
