Start by attending this session, where you'll see how to develop an "affinity score" based on your donor's value to your organization, by measuring their level of nonfinancial engagement and retention. You'll walk away with the ability to calculate, track and act on your donor's affinity score with the goal of driving deeper engagement and higher value.
