Sharing gratitude is essential to donor stewardship, retention and moving donors up the giving pipeline.
In this session, we'll share strategies you can leverage for optimizing acknowledgment programs. From welcome packages to trigger emails to robocalls, you'll see how saying "thank you" results in higher retention rates, increased revenue and higher lifetime value. You'll review acknowledgment program framework and optimization techniques for getting started, expanding or improving your acknowledgment programs. We'll also let you in on cutting-edge acknowledgment channels seen from the commercial and political worlds and how they could be leveraged by nonprofits.
