How hyper-personalized digital content & smart data can lift results !
Friday, July 12th, 2019
11:15 AM - 12:30 PM: Breakout 6
Ready for the next generation of digital personalization? Learn how intelligent content can put you light years ahead of basic personalization to win your donors' hearts and minds. You'll see how hyper-personalized content can boost your digital fundraising results by making your next email or social campaign more relevant to your donors. The best news -- you can do all this with existing data.

We'll show case studies from organizations such as Everytown for Gun Safety and the DNC to illustrate exactly how hyper-personalized content lifted results.

In this highly visual session, you'll learn about the automated tools that you can use to create hyper-personalized content. These next generation tools include:

Data Visualization, which lets you display donation history and lifecycle data points such as sign-up date, first donation amount and total number of donations to encourage giving.

Live Fundraising, which lets you tap into your live data source and pull real-time fundraising stats into an email to entice donors to help you reach your fundraising goals.

Image personalization, which gives you the capability to overlay the donor's first name on a powerful, emotion-evoking hero image to make them the hero of the email.

Geo-location targeting, which provides localized content based on the city, state or region where the donor opens the email. You can highlight the total number of contributors in that same area, the total number of contributions given or any other geo-specific stat to encourage giving.

Creative optimization, which allows for A/B testing of different CTA buttons, hero images, newsletter articles, image-heavy vs. text-heavy emails and more.
