Mobile is truly the best direct response tool to engage and reach donors, supporters, volunteers and voters to motivate them to take action. With response rates, 4 TIMES what we see on email, more and more nonprofits are beginning to integrate mobile into their digital programs. But, with so many different platforms out there it's hard to make head or tails over which one is best for your nonprofit. Should you use a peer-to-peer platform or a broadcast platform? Maybe you should be using both depending on your resources, audience, and goals.
