The Untouchables; Working With Sexual Misconduct Offenders On Campus
Description: With the conversation around consent and sexual violence prevention on college campuses growing and evolving, the question of how to best address and education students found guilty of sexual misconduct remains. This topic is divisive, with many educators and advocates questioning if they ethically can serve both victims and respondents
Objective(s): At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to: identify ways in which respondents have been excluded from restorative justice models; evaluate the pros and cons of different educational interventions; construct options that will best serve all concerned parties on their campus and in their community.
