Chris has over 15 years of experience in real estate development, renewable energy, and energy conservation including the development of over $40 million in energy and water conservation upgrades, the development of over 5 megawatts of solar, and the development of over $70 million in multi-family properties. Chris sits on the City of Denver's Mayors sustainability advisory council, has a B.S. in Construction Management from Purdue University, an M.S. in Real Estate Development from the University of Denver, is LEED APBD+C and is a Certified Energy Manager.
