Linda Aldridge, Education of Homeless Children and Youth

A Kansas educator since 1983, Linda Aldridge is honored to have served children in many ways throughout her career. In (mostly) chronological order, her past roles include special education teacher, general education teacher, principal, assistant superintendent, curriculum director, service center executive director, special education director, and general director of student services. She is currently Kansas State Director for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth. Having earned an MS and Ed.D. at the University of Kansas, Linda is rather partial to the Jayhawk logo; that said, she does wear purple on occasion.
