Brittany Griffin is an education change-maker who developed a commitment to learner-centered environments as a pre-school student. Those formative learning experiences shaped her, and ultimately her career. She began her journey in education as a high school French teacher in the metro-Atlanta area. During that time she earned her MEd in Instructional Technology, went viral (with the help of her students) in the French teacher Twitterverse, and co-authored a top-selling AP French textbook. She then spent several years managing the implementation & adoption of classroom hardware and software tools at Amplify and consulting with districts on personalized learning, CBE, change management, & org design at Education Elements. She joined the AltSchool team in 2018 as the ideal hybrid of her consultative and edtech experiences, and she continues to affect classroom transformational change.
