Gayle Nelson
ENA, Senior Vice President of Customer Services
Gayle is responsible for directing the account management teams, customer relationship management and business development activities nationwide. She joined ENA in 2004 bringing over 20 years of experience in sales, operations management and customer service. Prior to joining ENA, she held a variety of leadership roles at IBM and was most recently the Business Unit Executive responsible for software sales and customer service in a five-state region in the Midwest. She also served as Director of Sales at Vastera Corporation, a provider of global trade managed services to Global 2000 companies, where she was responsible for technology and managed services sales and customer relations.
