Adrian K. Haugabrook is the Senior Vice President for Southern New Hampshire University and Chief Operating Officer for LRNG. He leads leadership strategy and execution for SNHU and planning, strategy and operational efforts for LRNG that build organizational capacity and sustainability to expand access to education by creating innovative pathways that meet the unique needs for students and learners. Adrian brings extensive experience influencing educational access, equity and opportunity at local, regional and national levels in both higher education and community-based settings. He has served in senior executive roles with organizations and institutions leading strategy, growth, innovation, and equity initiatives. Adrian is frequently invited to speak nationally on issues related to equity, access and policy. He has taught graduate courses in organizational leadership and undergraduate courses in race, ethnicity and culture. Additionally, Adrian sits on the boards of the Postsecondary National Policy Institute, American Association of University Administrators and co-chairs the College Board’s National Advisory Committee on the Future of Education. A former scholarship student athlete (football), Adrian holds the Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts Boston; a M.S. in Social Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University; and the B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of West Georgia.
