Currently a consultant for CoSN's Driving K-12 Innovation initiative, Samantha is the president of SAB Creative & Consulting. Much of her experience is in leading strategy, communications, and program development in the education, technology, and nonprofit realms. She is the former Senior Director of Publications & Communications for the NMC, where she managed the NMC Horizon Report series analyzing emerging technology uptake in learning sectors across the globe. She has authored 50+ edtech-focused publications and traveled the world presenting the findings; one of her most humbling speaking engagements was serving on a NASA panel, and her education philosophy was most recently captured by Forbes. She also recently joined Penn State University as a Futurist in Residence. Samantha has managed or consulted on edtech innovation-focused projects for ASU, CoSN, National Geographic, HP, Apple, Adobe, and the Gates Foundation. In 2017, she earned a graduate professional certificate in nonprofit management at Harvard.
