Dr. David Gundlach currently serves as the Deputy Superintendent for the Oshkosh Area School District. He is responsible for all district technology systems and services. He assists learning organizations in developing strategic plans to align curriculum, instruction, assessment, and feedback systems to improve student learning. Prior to his current position, he worked at the elementary and secondary levels as a Teacher, Principal, Director of Technology, and Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment.
Dr. Gundlach has presented at state and national conferences on topics such as strategic planning, assessment creation and management, data-driven decision making, and designing technology systems to facilitate personalized learning. He most recently presented at the ISTE conference on redesigning educational IT for the Future.
Dr. Gundlach serves on numerous boards including the Wisconsin Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development (WASCD), Wisconsin Educational Technology Leaders (WETL), Amplify Oshkosh, and the State Superintendent's Digital Learning Advisory Council.
